Meet with station staff to develop PPM implementation
strategy.
Provide in-market training for sales and programming on how to
interpret and apply ratings results.
Analyze ratings results to evaluate specific programming and
marketing initiatives.
Monthly PPM analysis reports and webinars to discuss ratings
findings and applications. Other phone and e-mail consultation
as needed.
Integrate client needs with station strengths to assist sales
departments in developing selling strategies and presentations.
Develop and deliver station specific
presentation to educate the buying community on how to buy radio
using PPM data, positioning the station as THE resource for
PPM. Meetings may be one-on-one or larger seminars.
My experiences the last year working with WBEB in Philadelphia
provide me with firsthand knowledge of what to expect from a
programming and sales perspective as PPM becomes our industry’s
new currency for radio audience measurement in the Top 50 markets.
I’ve presented to over 80 agencies and direct clients in mostly
in-person meetings. I know the objections and concerns and can use
this knowledge to educate and inform your sales staffs, giving you
the edge to compete successfully in a PPM world.
