Charlotte Lawyer was the Corporate Director of Research for Susquehanna Radio for 24 years and Vice President of Audience Measurement for Cumulus Media. In February 2007 Charlotte opened her own consultancy, focusing on PPM research. Charlotte is currently serving as a consultant for WBEB Radio in Philadelphia,Entercom , and Astral Media assisting stations with integrating PPM into its sales, programming, and marketing operations as well as introducing this new radio audience measurement system into the marketplace.

Charlotte is one of the country’s leading experts on radio audience measurement, having served on the Arbitron Radio Advisory Council, Scarborough Advisory Council, as the immediate past chair of NAB’s Committee on Local Radio Audience Measurement (COLRAM), past chair of the Media Ratings's Council Radio Committee, RAB PPM Research Committee, and Clear Channel Next Generation of Radio Measurement Committee.
